About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Full-Time Baker to join our friendly Wanneroo team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in producing a wide range of baked goods and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, mix, shape, and bake breads, rolls, pastries, and specialty items from raw ingredients.
• Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely.
• Ensure all baked goods meet quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and production schedules accurately.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in compliance with food safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.
• Assist with training junior staff or apprentices when required.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification (Cert III in Baking or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of traditional and commercial baking techniques.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality production.
• Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills.

Annual Salary:

$75,000 – $85,000 (based on experience)
