Task & responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to assess individual beauty and skincare requirements.
• Perform skin analysis and recommend suitable treatment plans and skincare products.
• Provide professional beauty treatments including facials, makeups, skin therapies, and specialised skincare services.
• Deliver facial hair removal services using threading, waxing, and other appropriate techniques.
• Perform eyelash extensions, lash lifts, eyebrow shaping, brow lamination, tinting, and related beauty services.
• Carry out IPL skin treatments, microblading, and cosmetic tattooing services where appropriately trained.
• Provide clients with advice on skincare routines, cosmetic products, and aftercare requirements.
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment histories.
• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are maintained in a clean, hygienic, and professional condition.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Qualification & experience

• Diploma or Certificate in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant industry experience.
• Sound knowledge of beauty treatments, skincare products, and industry best practices.
• Experience with eyebrow and eyelash treatments highly regarded.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and professional presentation.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible availability, including weekends when required.
