Full Time | 40 hours per week (set roster)

We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-performing footwear store in Carousel. This is an opportunity to combine strong retail leadership with a genuine passion for customer experience, team development, and product knowledge.

About the Role

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving store performance while creating an engaging and supportive environment for both customers and your team.

You will:

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience
• Drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs
• Develop team capability through coaching, training and ongoing feedback
• Maintain high standards across visual merchandising, stock management and store presentation
• Build strong product knowledge across key footwear ranges and brands
• Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations, including rosters and compliance
• Foster a positive, respectful and high-energy team culture

About You

You are a hands-on retail leader who thrives in a customer-focused environment. You enjoy developing people and creating a store culture where service and performance go hand in hand.

You will bring:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in retail
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• A genuine passion for customer service and helping people find the right product
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and operational standards
• Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail
• Confidence using POS systems, reporting tools and digital learning platforms
• A proactive, positive and solutions-focused mindset
