Retail Sales Consultant – Intel

We’re looking for energetic Retail Sales Consultants to represent a globally recognised technology brand - Intel across major Australian retailers.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced retail environments, enjoys influencing purchase decisions, and wants to be the go-to tech expert in-store.

About the Role

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of a popular, household-name tech brand within leading retail stores such as JB Hi-Fi, The Good Guys, and Officeworks.

Your focus will be driving direct-to-consumer sales, building strong relationships with store teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences through expert product knowledge.

You’ll play a key role in:

• Engaging shoppers and influencing purchase decisions
• Driving sales performance and brand advocacy
• Educating retail staff on product features and benefits
• Supporting in-store campaigns, merchandising, and promotions
• Providing feedback and insights from the retail floor

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage customers to drive sales and conversion
• Deliver outstanding customer service and product demonstrations
• Represent the brand professionally in-store
• Build strong relationships with store staff and management
• Train retail teams on the brand’s product range
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and displays
• Complete shift reporting and provide sales insights
• Attend regular team meetings and comply with operational requirements

About You

• Passionate about technology, computers, and consumer electronics
• Retail sales or brand ambassador experience (tech preferred)
• Confident communicator who can influence and engage customers
• Sales-driven with a natural ability to close
• Well-presented, energetic, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently in a retail environment
• Full Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle 
• Ability to work part-time hours working Thursday evenings, Fridays & Saturdays
