A respected Perth residential builder is seeking an experienced Draftsperson to join their growing design and documentation team. The business delivers high‑quality single and double‑storey homes, extensions, renovations and small‑scale developments, with a strong focus on craftsmanship, efficient scheduling and smooth project delivery.

This role suits someone who enjoys producing accurate, build‑ready drawings and collaborating closely with construction, estimating and project teams.
  
What You’ll Be Doing

• Producing detailed working drawings, construction documentation and amendment sets
• Preparing concept plans and supporting design development
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure drawings align with engineering, site conditions and client selections
• Ensuring all documentation complies with NCC, Australian Standards and local council requirements
• Reviewing buildability, sequencing and material specifications
• Supporting a workflow built on quality, accuracy and timely delivery

What You’ll Bring

• Experience as a Draftsperson in residential construction
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or similar drafting software
• Strong understanding of WA building methods and documentation standards
• Ability to interpret architectural, engineering and site plans
• High attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate drawings
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
