As our business continues to expand, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Booking Clerk to join our team and support our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate store deliveries and home deliveries.

• Contact customers to arrange and confirm delivery appointments.

• Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls in a professional manner.

• Monitor and respond to Outlook emails and customer enquiries.

• Liaise with customers, retailers, drivers, and warehouse staff regarding delivery schedules.

• Maintain accurate records of bookings, customer information, and delivery requirements.

• Assist with resolving delivery-related enquiries and issues.

• Ensure all booking information is entered accurately and efficiently into company systems.

• Provide administrative support to the operations and logistics team as required.

• Contribute to maintaining a positive and professional customer experience.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, bookings, scheduling, or a similar role is an advantage.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Strong telephone manner and interpersonal skills.

• Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Data entry skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to work independently while also contributing positively within a team.

• Professional attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.

• Previous experience within warehousing, transport, logistics, or distribution industries will be highly regarded but is not essential.
