MAP WA is a family run company and today, is the leading supplier of retail-ready, chilled raw meat (beef, pork & lamb) to all Coles supermarkets across WA. 

We are currently recruiting for Trimmers, Machine Operators and Meat Packers.

Hours: 

You will work against a three-week rotating roster where you will complete your Full-time hours over the course of four days. 5.30am – 3.30pm. Must be available to work two out of three Sunday’s. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation: Hand cutting and trimming of raw meats

• Assembly Line: Repetitive, hands-on production line work

• Machine Operation: Mincing, Slicing and Grinding

• Physical, Fast-Paced Work: Picking and packing products; lifting, pushing and pulling racks and boxes (up to 20kg)

• Cold Environment: Working in temperature-controlled areas (approx. 8°C)

About you:

• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

• Able & willing to pass a pre-employment medical

• Comfortable with early morning starts 

• Comfortable working in a cold environment

• Strong understanding of food safety, quality and hygiene standards

• Reliable, punctual and committed to doing the job well

• Physically fit and capable of manual handling up to 20kg

• A positive team player with good verbal and written communication skills

• Production or food manufacturing experience highly regarded
