KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a well-maintained portfolio

• Foster strong tenant and landlord relationships through effective communication and problem-solving

• Ensure compliance with legislative requirements

TO BE CONSIDERED

(Essential criteria)

• Current Property Management Registration (WA)

• Valid Driver’s license

• Proven leadership and team management skills

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities

• Previous experience managing a portfolio

• Familiar with PropertyMe (preferred but not essential)
