This is not your average marketing role.

If you're a marketing professional who thrives on variety, loves seeing ideas come to life and wants to genuinely make your mark, this could be exactly what you've been looking for.

Aquatic Leisure Technologies (ALT) is WA's leading fibreglass pool manufacturer and one of Western Australia's great family business success stories. Proudly WA owned and operated for 50 years, we build pools that people love and our marketing team is the engine behind how we tell that story.

We're growing fast and we're looking for a sharp, driven and creative Marketing Coordinator to join us and help shape what comes next.

What this role looks like?

You'll be working at the heart of our marketing operation, hands on, across the full mix, and with real scope to contribute ideas that get used. Reporting to the Marketing Manager you'll be involved in everything from brand campaigns and print collateral to events, digital content and everything in between.

No two days are the same here and that's exactly the point.

Specifically, you'll be:

  • Supporting the Marketing Manager in developing and executing brand strategies across our portfolio of pool brands

  • Coordinating and collating content for campaigns spanning print, digital, broadcast and social media

  • Working closely with the sales team to ensure marketing activity is aligned, timely and effective

  • Managing the production of print materials including brochures, point of sale and display centre collateral

  • Keeping our display centres stocked, current and on brand

  • Briefing and managing print contractors and promotional vendors

  • Tracking campaign performance and preparing reports that mean something

  • Getting involved in events, conferences, trade shows and the occasional sausage sizzle

What you'll bring

We're not just ticking boxes here, we want someone who is genuinely passionate about marketing and brings energy, initiative and fresh thinking to the table.

You'll have:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field

  • 2+ years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally across a mix of digital and traditional

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing including social media, email and content marketing

  • Confidence with marketing analytics tools and a genuine interest in what the numbers are saying

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you can write a punchy brief as easily as a detailed report

  • The ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball

  • A collaborative spirit and the drive to work independently when needed

Why ALT?

This is a rare opportunity to join a business with genuine momentum, a brilliant product range and a marketing team that's ambitious about what comes next.

Here's what you can expect:

  • Real variety - campaigns, events, print, digital, brands

  • A tight-knit, supportive team that values good ideas regardless of who they come from

  • A family-owned business with 50 years of history and a very exciting future ahead

  • Based at our Jandakot Head Office with free parking and an immediate start available

Sound like you?

We'd love to hear from you. Send your resume and a cover letter telling us why you're the right fit.
