We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys supporting a busy team. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. They will be trustworthy, self-motivated, and capable of working independently, while also contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintaining compliance registers and audit documentation
Supporting quality, safety, and environmental administration
Coordinating facilities maintenance and contractor requirements
Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, training, uniforms, and PPE
Document control and records management
Providing production and accounts administration support
Purchasing, and vendor coordination
About You
Previous experience in administration, office coordination, or business support
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Able to manage competing priorities and work independently
Excellent communication and record-keeping skills
Experience with quality, safety, HR, compliance, or document management systems is highly regarded.
