Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Cloud, DevOps & Infrastructure practice.

This is an opportunity to inherit an established market, work with some of Western Australia's most recognised organisations, and build a highly successful recruitment desk within one of the strongest sectors of the technology market.

The Opportunity
You'll be responsible for developing and managing a specialist recruitment desk focused on Cloud, Infrastructure and DevOps professionals across mining, energy, government, utilities, education and commercial sectors.

Your role will involve:

• Building and managing client relationships
• Winning new business opportunities
• Managing end-to-end recruitment assignments
• Developing networks of high-calibre technology professionals
• Delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and candidates

You'll have the autonomy to grow your market while being supported by an experienced leadership team, established client base and strong operational infrastructure.

About You
We're interested in speaking with recruiters who are commercially minded, relationship-driven and motivated to build a successful desk.

You may already recruit within technology, or you may come from another specialist recruitment discipline and be looking to move into one of the most in-demand sectors in the market.

To be successful, you'll demonstrate:

• Previous agency recruitment experience
• Strong business development and client management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
• A proactive and self-driven approach
• A genuine passion for delivering results
