As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Compliance Officer to play a critical role in ensuring our products meet regulatory and certification requirements across international markets.

Working closely with Engineering, Product Management, Procurement and Operations, you will help ensure products are shipped accurately, compliantly and efficiently to customers around the world. About the Role

As the Product Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining compliance documentation, certification records, shipment controls and product labelling requirements. You will ensure products are released for shipment with the correct certifications, regulatory markings and supporting documentation relevant to each destination market.

Acting as a key liaison between technical and operational teams, you will help maintain compliance integrity while supporting the efficient delivery of products across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Shipment Compliance & Product Labelling

• Verify products released for shipment comply with applicable regulatory requirements for destination markets
• Ensure correct FCC IDs, certification references and regulatory markings are applied to product labels
• Confirm installed radio modules align with approved certified configurations
• Verify user manuals and regulatory statements contain accurate certification information and approval references
• Maintain configuration-to-certification traceability across product variants
• Escalate and place holds on shipments where compliance documentation, labelling or certification alignment cannot be verified

Supplier & Third-Party Compliance Coordination

• Obtain and manage compliance documentation from suppliers and external partners
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Maintain supplier declarations, certificates and supporting compliance records
• Escalate documentation gaps or discrepancies to the appropriate stakeholders

Configuration & Variant Management

• Support traceability between product configurations and associated certifications
• Ensure labels, manuals and shipment documentation accurately reflect installed product configurations
• Identify and manage compliance risks associated with approved component substitutions and alternatives

Compliance Documentation & Governance

• Coordinate the collection and maintenance of compliance documentation across product portfolios
• Support the creation and maintenance of Technical Construction Files (TCFs)
• Maintain audit-ready records of certifications, approvals, declarations and regulatory documentation
• Monitor certification status, expiry dates and renewal requirements
• Assist with the implementation of compliance procedures and workflows
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen compliance processes and controls

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience in compliance, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, product administration or a similar role
• Strong document control and record management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Experience working with technical documentation, certifications or regulated products
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to identify issues, escalate appropriately and work within established compliance frameworks
• A proactive approach and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and governance
