Full-Time Cook

Splitting Beans Joondalup is a busy café located within North Metropolitan TAFE, providing quality breakfast, lunch and café-style meals. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cook to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast, pasta, seafood and main meals.

• Prepare sauces, burgers, wraps, sandwiches and grilled meals.

• Maintain food quality and presentation.

• Follow Australian food safety and hygiene standards.

• Assist with menu planning, stock control and ordering.

• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen.

• Work efficiently during busy service periods.

Skills & Experience

• Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or higher (or equivalent).

• At least 3 years of relevant Cook experience in a commercial kitchen.

• Knowledge of Australian food safety standards.

• Strong communication, teamwork and time management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure.

Salary

AUD $79,499 – $82,000 per annum plus Superannuation
