Location: Rockingham, WA

About the Role

As a Chef, your primary focus will be mastering the grilling station to ensure every dish is perfectly prepared and cooked to standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meats, poultry, seafood, and vegetables on the grill, following recipes and guidelines.
• Monitor and adjust grill temperatures to ensure optimal cooking.
• Keep the grill station clean and organised, including regular cleaning of the grill and surrounding areas.
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff working at the grill.
• Maintain strict food safety and sanitation practices at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Salary Range: $76,515 – $79,244.74 per year

Expected Hours: 38 hours per week

Availability Requirements

Days: Monday to Friday, with weekend availability

Shifts: Afternoon and Evening

Preferred Experience: At least 2 years of kitchen experience

Work Authorisation

Must have work authorisation in Australia (preferred)
