• Expected salary: $25 - $42 per hour

We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic Barista as well as all rounder to join us, with ideally the ability to move between different service areas, such as the floor, taking and processing orders, but most importantly making an amazing coffee for our guests

What you'll be doing

• Operate the espresso machine to prepare a variety of coffee

• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all coffee beverages

• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and requests

• Maintain a clean and organised workstation, following all health and safety procedures

What we're looking for

• Relevant experience: At least 1 year of experience as a barista or in a similar coffee-making role

• Coffee expertise: Proficient in operating espresso machines and preparing a wide range of coffee drinks

• Customer service focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing outstanding customer service

• Attention to detail: Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in a fast-paced environment

• Teamwork: Collaborative nature and willingness to support the broader cafe team as needed
