Business Analyst (Healthcare)

Milestone IT is partnering with a leading healthcare organisation to recruit an experienced Business Analyst for an initial 12-month contract opportunity.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering critical projects that support the delivery of healthcare services and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings across clinical and non-clinical teams.
• Produce business requirements, process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Support project delivery through testing, change management, and implementation activities.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, technical teams, and healthcare stakeholders.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of healthcare business processes, systems, and regulatory environments.
• Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting complex business requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience working within large-scale transformation, digital, or technology projects.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with EMR/EHR, patient management systems, or clinical applications.
• Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Relevant Business Analysis certifications.
