MACA is looking for a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor for the Karlawinda Gold Project in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. The role is permanent, full‑time, on an 8‑6 (DS/NS) FIFO roster from Perth.

• Lead and coordinate drill maintenance crews, ensuring effective utilisation of personnel and equipment, clear communication of work requirements, and competency in assigned maintenance tasks.
• Oversee safe, compliant maintenance operations by enforcing HSE procedures, isolations, permits, and risk controls in line with site and legislative requirements.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and on‑the‑job training to maintenance personnel, while monitoring shift performance to achieve planned maintenance and equipment availability targets.
• Plan, schedule, and support preventative and corrective maintenance activities in collaboration with operations and reliability teams to minimise downtime.
• Inspect, audit, and verify the condition of drill equipment, tools, and maintenance facilities, ensuring defects are identified, reported, and rectified.
• Report maintenance issues and deviations from plans, complete required documentation, and lead investigations into equipment failures, incidents, or near misses.

• Experience leading a team in a mining production environment.
• Extensive experience in breakdowns, diagnostics and repair abilities.
• Trade qualified in a mechanical discipline.
• Current WA driver’s licence and relevant high‑risk tickets.
• Attend and contribute to pre‑shift, toolbox and safety meetings.
• Epiroc T45 experience desirable.
• Good attention to detail and ability to deliver high standards.
• Willingness to take ownership of the drills.
• AMT and Pronto experience desirable.
