About the role:
The MMS maintenance team has an opening for a critical support role.

Working closely with the West Perth and site based maintenance team, the Maintenance Administrator plays a key role in helping operations across projects in the Goldfields region and Northern Territory.

• Site based position in the Goldfields 
• 8/6 FIFO from Perth or Kalgoorlie residential 
• Working with an established team in a growing company
• Play a key part in supporting maintenance, procurement, and project coordination while helping to build efficient processes across the business

About you:

• 3+ years of experience providing administrative support in a maintenance, operations, or mining environment
• Support the maintenance team in day to day running of department
• Passionate about detail and execution
• Great communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Driven by results, you take pride in delivering great outcomes and seeing projects through
• Proactive problem solver who tackles challenges with a solutions-focused mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee light vehicle (LV) management including hire, allocation, and demobilisation
• Manage cross hire processes including coordination, administration, and demobilisation of cross hired mobile plant
• Keep and maintain maintenance registers
• Book training courses and maintain training records
• Support planning and scheduling of maintenance activities
• Create and maintain process documentation including flowcharts and procedures
• Manage ProSpend invoices and general purchasing administration
• Support end-of-month claims for Maintenance
• Strong focus on process improvement, building structure and clarity across maintenance operations
