A leading landscape design and construction studio is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Landscape Architect to join their Commercial Design team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior-level designer to step into an award winning team, overseeing the delivery of high-quality commercial landscape projects from concept through to construction.

The Position

• Lead the design and documentation of commercial landscape projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and team resources.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, planners, and clients to deliver integrated design outcomes.
• Prepare fee proposals, manage scope changes, and support business development initiatives.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with council regulations and construction standards.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor of Design (Landscape Architecture) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in commercial landscape architecture.
• Strong horticultural knowledge and understanding of construction practices.
• Proficiency in CAD and other design/documentation software.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
