Your Role

You’ll take full control of construction delivery across a large-scale luxury project, leading both people and performance.

Responsibilities include:

• End-to-end construction management of a high-rise, mixed-use luxury development.
• Leading, mentoring and building out a high-performing site team.
• Driving programme, budget and quality outcomes across all stages of construction.
• Managing complex concrete structures and ensuring structural integrity at every phase.
• High-level stakeholder management including consultants, subcontractors and internal leadership.
• Negotiating outcomes and resolving challenges with confidence and clarity.
• Ensuring compliance, safety and best-practice construction standards are upheld.

• MUST HAVE CURRENT BUILDER CONTRACTOR LICENSE.
• Extensive experience managing high-rise construction projects.
• Strong expertise in concrete structures and complex builds.
• Deep structural knowledge across large-scale developments.
• Proven background delivering mixed-use luxury residential projects.
• High-level stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead teams, drive performance and maintain standards under pressure.
• Ideally a registered builder or working towards registration.
