ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will take full control of the overall management and leadership of all aspects of the Construction Project Manager function, driving delivery and performance across the full project lifecycle.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have been successful in a similar role with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

–   Create and document business workflows and processes across property development, marketing and sales, and construction

–   Implement and manage control systems that replicate business workflows

–   Update the comprehensive Business Plan in line with the Group Corporate Plan

–   Enhance all processes for property development, marketing, estimating, construction management, and contract administration

–   Build leadership and management capability across the project team

REQUIREMENTS

–   Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline; post-graduate qualifications in commerce or management highly desirable

–   5–10 years of experience in property development, construction, or business management

–   Proven experience in a Project Manager role that documents, analyses, and manages business workflows

–   Strong organisational abilities with excellent attention to detail

–   Excellent verbal and written communication skills

–   Ability to work effectively within a small team with a hands-on approach
