Career Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a full time Learning and Development Officer.

Within this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining training and compliance requirements across the business, ensuring accurate records are kept as per the below:

• Assisting in maintaining training compliance needs across the organisation, including our offshore workforce.

• Assist in the design, implementation and maintenance of training programs that support employee development, operational capability, and compliance requirements across the business.

• Conducting training needs analysis across business units to identify capability gaps and development opportunities.

• Assist with training component of the onboarding processes, including integration with the induction

• Assist with managing end-to-end coordination of training programs, including scheduling, resources and communication across the business.

• Ensuring training records, systems, and reporting are accurately maintained in line with compliance and audit requirements for each business area.

• Monitor certification expiries and conduct compliance audits to ensure ongoing workforce compliance.

• Deliver and provide reports for the ongoing tracking and reporting of learning compliance.

• Gather employee feedback to enhance training programs

• Respond to learning and training queries as required.

Only candidates who meet the minimum requirements below shall be considered:

• 2+ years in a relevant L&D or compliance role (experience within the oil and gas industry would be highly regarded)

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels

• Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail

• Demonstrated time management skills with ability to manage concurrent priorities in a fast paced environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in using a variety of different systems. OPMS or Mypass experience would be highly regarded.
