About the Role

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable automotive enthusiast to join our growing team in Bibra Lake.

This is a varied role that combines online sales, customer service, and automotive product advice.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
• Assisting customers with product selection and technical advice
• Processing orders and sales enquiries
• Managing customer communications through social media channels
• Providing after-sales support and customer service
• Working across multiple automotive brands and product categories
• Assisting customers both online and occasionally in person
• Building strong relationships with customers and helping them find the right solution for their vehicle

About You

We're looking for someone with a genuine automotive background. You may have worked in automotive parts sales, parts interpreting, retail automotive, as a mechanic or technician, or within the 4WD and performance vehicle sector. Most importantly, you'll have a strong understanding of vehicles and enjoy helping customers find the right products and solutions for their needs.

You'll need to demonstrate:

• Strong knowledge of vehicles, automotive parts, and accessories
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

This is a full time position working Monday to Friday (typically 8:00am - 4:00pm) with rostered Saturdays (1 in 4).
