If you’re a qualified heavy vehicle mechanic with strong leadership skills and a passion for getting the best out of people and performance—this is your chance to step up and make an impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead, coach, and support a high-performing workshop team

• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and customer communication

• Track performance, manage costs, and optimise labour efficiency

• Champion safety, compliance, and a clean, organised workplace

• Drive continuous improvement and team development

• Build strong relationships with customers, staff, and contractors

What You’ll Bring

• Trade qualification as a heavy-duty mechanic (or equivalent)

• Proven leadership experience in a hands-on workshop environment

• Current driver’s licence (HR licence advantageous)

• Strong communication and mentoring ability

• Solid computer skills and attention to detail

• A safety-first mindset and ability to lead by example
