Job Role: Customer Service Representative / Receptionist

About Us: 

JDS Metal Doorframes is the leading manufacturer of metal door frame products in Perth with a history of over 20 years in the industry. We focus on providing quality products and excellent service to our customers in the building industry.

Introduction:

The Customer Service Representative / Receptionist will be responsible for providing customer service to an allocated customer group as well as walk in customers. This involves providing quotations, processing orders and answering general queries on products.

They will also be responsible for administrative duties, receiving calls and attending to walk in customers. You will oversee office supplies inventory and ordering of consumables.

Location:

Maddington

Work Hours: 

7:30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday full time. Negotiable

The successful applicant requires the following: 

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers on all levels

Computer literacy skills – MS Office, Outlook

Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

High level of attention to detail

Ability to work well autonomously and within a team

Experience using SAP – desirable
