About the Role 

As a Client Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the high-quality delivery of financial services while leading and developing a dedicated team of offshore Accountants and Bookkeepers. You will be the primary point of contact for an assigned group of clients, providing strategic advisory and operational excellence to help them achieve their business goals.

This is a full-time position based at our office in Booragoon, WA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Oversee service delivery (AP, AR, budgeting, forecasting) and conduct regular financial reviews to provide strategic advice.

• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and foster professional development within your team of accountants and bookkeepers.

• Financial Oversight: Lead critical financial controls, including bank reconciliations, month-end/year-end processes, and payroll analysis.

• Process Improvement: Continuously develop and document internal workflows and best practices to maintain our knowledge management system.

• Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to increase services for existing clients and build lasting professional relationships.

Skills & Experience:

• A tertiary qualification in Accounting is required.

• CPA or CA Professional Membership (desirable).

• BAS Agent Qualification (desirable).

• 5+ years of experience as an accountant in a mid-size company.

• Essential expertise in Xero & XPM.

• Strong background in cloud accounting software (experience with Dext or Xbert is a plus).

• Proven experience in leadership and people development.

• A valid Police Clearance and the right to work in Australia.
