About the Role
Due to an internal promotion, we are now seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager to join our Malaga based team. Reporting to the Regional Account Manager – West, this role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships while driving business growth across existing and new market segments. You will play a key role in managing customer accounts, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of Radlink’s products and services.
You’ll act as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts, working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. Strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and a solid understanding of the mining industry is preferred.
This is a full-time position based in our Malaga office with occasional travel to client sites and interstate.
Key Responsibilities include:
Build and maintain strong relationships with high value clients and key stakeholders
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and emerging markets
Develop account management plans and drive the sales cycle from enquiry through to close
Prepare quotes, proposals, and pricing using approved systems and templates
Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, project delivery, and bids/tenders
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales performance
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
Travel to client sites and interstate as required
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this position, we are seeking candidates with:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the communications or related industry
An understanding of the Mining industry is preferred
Proven track record in a commercially driven sales or account management role
Strong understanding of technical products and service solutions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
High level of organisation, professionalism, and responsiveness
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Current C-Class Driver’s Licence
