Based in Maddington, Lindquist Electrical Services is a medium sized business which undertakes a wide range of work including domestic, construction, light industrial and maintenance.

We're looking for an energetic, hardworking and organised individual with excellent customer service skills to join our Admin team.

Key responsibilities will include:

• General email correspondence

• Assisting the Service Department & day to day dealings

• Follow up with Customer Jobs and Quotes

• Entering wage cards for time allocation to projects

• Assisting Accounts with processing orders and invoices

• Answering the phone and directing calls

• Other General administration duties

The successful applicant will possess the following:

• Simpro Experience Essential

• Minimum 1-2 years of Simpro experience required

• Job Scheduling experience

• Minimum 1 year of job scheduling experience in service trades required

• Commitment to providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers

• Confident and pro-active approach to work, with a strong willingness to learn

• Ability to work in a team and individually

• High attention to detail with strong organisation skills

• Strong computer knowledge, particularly Microsoft Office suite

• Experience within electrical trade preferred, but not essential

• Great phone manner
